Every nurse on the CavalCare platform goes through a rigorous vetting process that includes verification of their nursing licence with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN), a criminal background check, reference checks from previous employers, and an in-person interview with our care team. Only nurses who pass all stages are approved to take assignments.
Once your booking form is submitted and payment is confirmed, our team begins matching immediately. In most cases we assign a qualified nurse within 48 hours. For urgent situations, please call us directly and we will do our best to expedite the process.
After every visit you will receive a detailed care report sent directly to your phone. The report covers vitals, medications administered, any observations the nurse has noted, and the scheduled time of the next visit. You can also message your assigned nurse directly during active visit hours.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or pause your care plan at any time by contacting our care coordinators. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled visit are fully refunded for unused days. We understand that care needs change, and we are here to be flexible with you.
